Priest Spell Quest (Level 40)
To complete this quest, you will need the following:
- You must be level 40 and a priest.
- A rope and grapple.
- A black star key. This can be found by killing Dark Cultists in the slums until one drops.
- An Amber Talisman from the Slaver Leader on the building rooftop in the slums. (see level 25 Apparatus Quest)
- Bloodstone Orb from Gnome Commander in Black Caves. (see level 25 Apparatus Quest)
- Greasy Leather Bracelet from Wererat Emissary. (see level 25 Apparatus Quest)
- A map of the Slums, Cult House, Hellhounds under Cult House, Fungus Forest, Dragontooth Hills, Black Caves, Misty Valley/Swamp, Khazarad, Dwarven Mines, Silver River, and Underground River/Lake. If you have MegaMUD, you will not need a map!
Completing this quest will give you 0 experience and the merciful grace spell.
Once you have the above items, you may start your quest. Form your party (if necessary/desired) and collect the following items:
- Small Glass Flask (Wererat Plague-Crafter, 1% drop, Located in Black Caves - Amber Talisman/Greasy Leather Bracelet Required)
- Spider Silk (Bola Spider, 4% drop, Located in Fungus Forest)
- Scorpion Tail (White Scorpion, 1% drop, Located in Dwarven Mines/Redstone Tunnels) - apologies, this was messed up and I didn't even catch it -- You'd think I was smokin' crack with what it said before.
- Piece of Shell (Giant River Turtle, 5% drop, Located in Underground River/Lake, Game Max 1)
Once you have these items in your priest's inventory, take them to the Gnome Merchant in the Shallow Jungle. Talk to him, and he will give you the spell!
