Missionary Items Quest (Level 40)

To complete this quest, you will need the following:

You must be level 40 and a missionary. This quest can be done by multiple people at one time!
A rope and grapple.
A sunstone wristband or waterskin. The wristband is essential if you don't want your party separated by sand storms! It will also negate desert thirst.
A map of Darkwood Forest, Misty Valley, Gnome Village, Khazarad, Dusty Village, and Scorching Desert including the Golden Palace. If you have MegaMUD, you will not need a map!

Completing this quest will give you 0 experience and the items Cobra Earrings and Azure Shamshir (weapon).

Once you have the above items, you may start your quest. Form your party (if necessary/desired) and head to the Golden Palace in the desert. Bring a little extra firepower for the Rakshashas! Other classes may come along for firepower, but the missionary is the only class that may complete the quest. From the well, go:
w, w, pull grate, d

You will now be in a cell with a Feline Prisoner. Do the following:
GREET FELINE
ASK FELINE SERVICE

The Feline Prisoner will give you a letter to take to the nomad. The nomad wanders around the desert, and could be anywhere! You must seek him out. When you get to him:
ASK NOMAD LETTER

Go back to the Feline Prisoner:
ASK FELINE RETURN

Congratulations! You now have the Azure Shamshir and a pair of Cobra Earrings! Any class may wear the earrings, so you may wish to do this quest several times to get several pairs of earrings!
