  • Textures Of Time
    • for 2 violins, cello and bass
This piece has an interesting history. It was recorded before it was composed! Impossible? No, the musicians were given a tempo and the instructions to improvise percussive sounds on their instruments for 20 seconds. Out of this raw and incoherent material, Sonia used cut-and-paste techniques on ProTools software to create a new composition.

Textures Of Time (142k) approx. download time at 28.8 K : 46 seconds

  • Rust
    • for 2 violins, cello and bass
Another example of creative editing. This time it is Gregor Huebner who is the victim. His solo has been torn apart and a new piece has been reconstructed with the material.
    Rust (264k) approx. download time at 28.8 K : 85 seconds
