SoftTech VC serves the needs of the software ecosystem: very early to mid stage startups, established players and venture capital firms. Our current focus is to help very early stage consumer Internet companies define and execute on their product, marketing, business development and financing strategy.

Typical engagements can range from defined projects taking a few days (market or product assessment, product launch and marketing strategy, etc.) to supporting a management team over a few years, throughout the definition and execution of their business plan, from the initial steps and the first round of financing to the deployment of multiple products and an international expansion. In the latter case, we will use the same filters for our engagements as for our angel investments, i.e. we turn down a number of potential long term engagement opportunities because they don’t pass our investment criteria.

We can act as consultants, advisors, part-time executives or board members of client companies, depending on their particular situation and requirements. Flexibility and speed of execution, alongside the right balance of rigor and process, characterize our interventions.
