Dick Sutphen Stories
Dick has written stories for the New Age, mystery and
dark fantasy genres. The stories shared here are from his books, audio books, anthologies, or they were originally published in magazines. Each story or book chapter
is complete. Some are true case histories told in a fiction style, others are fiction. A 1991 story collection was nominated for a Bram Stoker Award by Horror Writers of
America. Sutphen stories have been included in two editions of Germany’s Best of Horror anthologies, featuring Stephen King and Whitley Strieber.
New stories will be added from time to time. Any mystery
and dark fantasy inclusions are in keeping with the genres. This is a polite way of saying that they are not for everyone.
