Apartment has private entrance. The bath, located on first floor
(but private), got new shower and floor in spring 2005. Most of the space is upstairs -- one large carpeted space (24 x 28
ft.) with 2 openable skylights; and separate nooks for LR, DR, sleeping, & kitchen; it also has a study niche with desk by
a dormer window and a clothes closet. Lightly furnished with all the basics, including double bed (w/ great mattress), simple
living room furniture, desk, and a small kitchen table with 2 chairs. Ready-to-use kitchen has
reg. size appliances -- new fridge, plus electric stove w/ oven, microwave, new coffee pot, toaster & blender;
and full set of dishes, utencils, and pots and pans.
