The Church Tax Compliance Committee, or CTCC, is responsible for ensuring that all CoS corporate comply with the IRS closing agreement. The CTCC is comprised of both individual and corporate members; corporate members are represented by the president of the corporation in question. There are also three At Large Members, International Finance Director, Chief Accountant International and Chairman of the Watchdog Committee. At Large Membership can be transferred to another individual if the original holder of the position moves on to another post. CTCC membership is permanent, and can not be altered except with consent of all parties, including the IRS.
