Hi! My name is Michelle Loftis. I'm glad you stopped by. This
site is intended to keep all of our terrific customers updated on what's new and will always be a work in progress.
I can't believe that it's already Colorado Renaissance Festival
time again! Dan and I have done the first three of eight weekends, so this is just a quick update.
As many of you know Dan and I were partners in a small art gallery
in Manitou Springs, Colorado, named Filthy Wilma's. Last February we ( along with our business partners) got the opportunity
to relocate to the main street after 13 1/2 years on Ruxton Ave. Long story short, the new landlady did not like our "colorful"
name and changing it was a prerequisite to signing the lease. So as much as I hated giving up that name, time goes on and
a gal's gotta make a living! The gallery is now located at 729 Manitou Ave. in Manitou Springs,(scroll to the bottom of the
page for a link to the new gallery) and this has probably been the best thing we could have done for the business as we are
now in what I consider the best location in town. The space is nearly double what we had at Wilma's and we've been able to
add many new artists, along with most of the ones that we had at Wilma's, which just makes the gallery that much more interesting!

We have some news about our booth at the Renaissance Festival
but will leave that to when things are a bit more settled after this year's Festival is done in August.

I am still working on the new section of my website that is a portfolio
of our past work. It will consist of work that has already sold and is in private collections. This section of the site will
also have a page with my Dancing Goddesses.

To the left is a custom built sculpture of my brother's dog.
As you see in the photo Vern's tail is a bit shorter than your average Bloodhound, he lost part of it after being hit by a
car. That's the great thing about these custom pets that I am creating, I take things that are unique to your pet only and
incorporate them into the sculpture to make a special interpretation of your cherished friend.
If you are interested in having a custom piece made please
