The stock Birkin seats are not so great. I replaced them with Cobra seats model Roadster7. Very comfortable, much
more side support and good for a day's ride without back problems. However, bad luck if you are way over 200 pounds.
I had to modify the bottom side cushions of the seating surface to fit well (removed half of the upholstery foam).
