This area is well known not only for the clarity of its water, but also for the prodigious number of ancient shipwrecks and archelogical sites which abound not only above water on the modern-day coast, but on the ancient coastline which in some areas is 3-20 m deep.

Clubs

Some terrific diving is available at several excellent clubs on the Croatia coast.  Our site will be aggressively updating during early summer 2001 to include as much information as possible.
