The Architechtural Review Committee is required to be elected by the membership annually
with each new board of directors. Although this is not ideal in terms of continuity, until our revised Bylaws
are voted to be approved, we must continue with this requirement.
The two individuals who have been elected by the membership who continue to serve remain
on this website. Other community members have volunteered to assist on this committee, and they are to be commended
for their effort. Please see the Community Meeting Highlights for 6/23/09 to view those volunteers and their contact
information. Until they are elected, by either a quorum of the membership or by affirmation, they are not included on
this list.
This board is responsible for reviewing and approving all plans for painting, major landscaping
and exterior structures in Sunset Lakes, according to the Covenants & Restrictions of our HOA and making recommendations
to the Board regarding these items.
A form must be sumitted, as well as other materials, depending on the plans, Please
