hil - returns the HRTF map index of the (az,el) left response.

SYNOPSIS

function index = hil(az,el,map)

DESCRIPTION

 hil - returns the HRTF map index of the (az,el) left response.

 hil( az, el, map )

 az  - azimuth, degrees
 el  - elevation, degrees
 map - [el;az] to data index mapping
