“Education in the Internet Age”, a speech I gave at a Hillsdale College event, later published in the May 2003 issue of Imprimis, a journal I’ve been reading since I was about 14 years old. Imprimis now enjoys a monthly readership of over 1.1 million. Since this issue of was published, I’ve been deluged with emails and letters from people who share my views about the importance of critical thinking, logic and ideas in the age of the Internet.

Back in May of 1996, I published a paper about Internet market evolution. It has received a lot of attention, and number of recent industry events have followed its predictions. I later updated the paper and published it on the Web here.

There was once a lot of talk of the Internet "collapsing". Here was my response, published in August of 1996. (The great man who made this prediction was Ethernet inventor Bob Metcalfe, who joined EarthLink’s board in the Fall of 2001.)
