I had one Patrice cel, and I wanted more cels (if you missed that part of the story, it's here). So why not get another Patrice cel? This one came with a background, as you might notice, and from what I remember, the numbers on the cel and background made me believe they matched. But it's in a frame now, so I can't take it out to check, and I don't care enough to buy the video and confirm it, so I'll just leave it as 'probably matching'.
