This is from episode 1, Millie is gloating into her log/diary thing. On screen, there's some kind of green filter over it. The dark hair color on this cel is all on a correction layer. The bad news was, that layer was stuck to the bottom layer and slightly misaligned. It looked pretty bad, bad enough that I decided I had to try to separate the layers. I felt like it was basically worthless the way it was, so I wouldn't lose much if I destroyed it. Fortunately the surgery was pretty successful. There are a few traces of stuck paint, but overall I think it looks much better now.
