A classic Millie pose. I originally thought this was from a scene in episode 5 or 6 (I forgot which), but it didn't quite match when I watched it in slow motion. Then I thought it might be another outtake (I don't feel like retyping that whole discussion, so if you missed it, see my Battle Angel cel of Dr. Ido). But then I found some differences in the scene that made me think this cel wasn't part of it, so maybe it's from an episode I haven't seen yet.
