I don't know her name, I think she's a bad guy from the Burn Up series. But artistically, I love this cel. I like how her hair is not really detailed, it's kind of abstract, but it still flows so well. I think the expression is great too, and in this case the closed eyes and profile angle are perfect for the overall picture. The green background is a matte that I picked when I got it framed, so that the white areas would stand out better.
