I don't know what to call this outfit. "Weaponsmithing Dress" is basically accurate, but it just sounds so wrong. So I guess I'll just say that I've been wanting a cel of Presea in her white dress, and here it is. Her head and body are actually separate layers, her body is an A1 end cel, but her head is just an end cel. This is from episode 33, the second time in the series that she's making weapons. The background even matches the color scheme of my site.
