Not only is this a cute cel of Presea, it also has some cool animation. The Presea layer is a pan cel, but instead of moving the camera across the cel, they moved the cel across the screen. She starts out in front of Mokona, then she slides sideways so we can see what's going on behind her. Then there are multiple layers of Mokona and flying paper to create some nice chaos. It's from episode 2.
