Here's another cel that I've wanted for a while but never really expected to find. Lulala only appears in the last 3 episodes, this cel being from episode 14. She's another cute DNA operator from the future, but she's working for the bad guys. In the officially released US version of this show they give her name as Lulara, but it was Lulala in the fansub I originally saw so that's how I think of her. Not to mention that it would be a big pain for me to rename all of my files and do a new title graphic for this page.
