Even deadly cyborg warriors need to look good. Technically, I guess, this is a cel of Gally's reflection, she's using a puddle as a mirror to make sure her hair is properly fluffed out after a rainstorm. It would be pretty cool to have the foreground and background pieces to go with this cel, but on the other hand it's totally stuck to the sketch so I wouldn't be able to display it very well anyway.
