This is a bank cel from the first season, although the background is just something random that I put with it. It's Fuu casting her 'emerald typhoon' spell. I haven't quite been able to make out what she's saying in Japanese, it's 'midori no' something. It took me a while to convince myself that it was a bank cel, because whenever you see this sequence, she always has some armor on. With some of the more advanced armors, it's pretty easy to tell that they're painted on separate layers, but I wasn't sure if they were placed over an armorless cel, or one with her first level of armor. I watched the sequence several times in slow motion, and finally decided that all of the armor was on separate layers. It would be nice if I could actually acquire a matching armor layer for this cel, but I'm not holding my breath.
