The Santana-Grace

Coaching/Teaching Model

 

The Santana-Grace Coaching/Teaching Model is composed of T.I.P. Pedagogy and T.O.P. Skill Sets.

 

T.I.P. Pedagogy (Transformational, Inductive Process Pedagogy) was developed exclusively for the teaching of the Universality of the Experience of the Emotional Processes.  T.I.P. Pedagogy is a systematic approach to the emotional sequencing patterns and reversing their polarity in the actual learning experience for the creation of maximum awareness.  T.I.P. teaches the A,E,I,O,U of Emotional Processes.  TIP pedagogy creates Awareness and Energy Inductively leading to an Operational Understanding of the emotional processes.  This enables ownership of one’s emotional experiences and awareness that emotional experiences are universally true of all persons.

 

T.O.P. Skill Sets (Transformational, Organic, Precision Skill Sets) were developed exclusively to regulate, master, transform, and channel the various emotional processes unto their most beneficial purposes.  Students of all ages (currently from second grade to seventy-five years of age) have not only learned how to transform and channel their emotions but have actually begun to transform and to channel them into their most beneficial purposes in real life.

 

T.O.P Skill Sets are informed by key fields of knowledge regarding the processes of human transformation: social sciences, systems theory, cognitive therapy, attachment theory, cultural anthropology, ethical philosophy, and psychology, and are constantly refined and informed based on the latest convergent data from bioneurological research.  Recent research has proven the neuroplasticity of even the adult brain and the power of mental force to effect neurological rewiring (new habits).  This provides a scientific basis for the Effect of Interpretative Thought on the Emotional Processes.

 

The Santana-Grace Model is open to future findings in all fields relating to human relationships and emotional processes.  This coaching/teaching model places an emphasis on that which is universally true of every person, irrespective of culture, race, creed, gender, age, or nationality. 

 

 Moreover, T.O.P. Skill Sets are constantly enhanced and refined based on real outcomes observed during the actual coaching/teaching of participants.  Similarly, TIP Pedagogy is constantly refining the sequential patterns of reverse polarity according to advances in bio-neurology and in accordance with the logical integrity of probability of quantum physics. 

 

We believe all these factors, in part, explain the Santana-Grace Coaching/Teaching Model’s remarkable effectiveness and our success rate in helping better relationships among teens and preteens, in creating greater understanding and harmony in their families, in the schools and in bringing about a transformation of administration in the schools and of management in the workplace.
