I. People Skills (Partnership) (RQ):

1.  A&A (increases connectivity and positive energy with people)

2. Self Time-Out (protects  dignity & worth of self/other, creates trust in others)  

3. E-Communication (makes team spirit soar, enables reading of other’s inner stance, resolves conflicts, makes previous conflict resolution schemes antiquated)

4. Reassurance (the art of responding affirmatively to the single smallest unit of request and need for connecting emotionally.

5. The History of Us: (works teams of two or more through their history with emphsis upon the positives and the challenges are pondered for their growth opportunities.

6. The Vision of Us: (teaches how to clarify one’s vision as couple or family or small social group; see Vision under Leadership/Partnership System Skills )

7. ME-2-U (coaches the art of “how to” match or mismatch the external style & energy of the other in order to enhance a relationship or calm down growing tension  that has only anti-relationship building energy brewing; creates deep respect.)

8. Hints:  (teaches the important art and mental discipline of simple touching and embracing that is connectional, deeply human, non-aggressive and not sexually motivated.  “A hint hug a day keeps the doctor away”   It cools down the limbic system with calming effects and conveys the value and worth to another person.

9. Restore:    (coaches the arduous art of taking full responsibility to restore a relationship (no matter who was the cause); blaming is anathema in this skill set as it takes away the power to transform and to become.)
