Talk About Stress!

In an average week, I have about 200 direct or phone meetings with clients about the management of their money.    Talk about stress!

Before the training, whenever a client made a criticizing remark, I could remain anxious and/or angry and stressed for hours or even days afterwards.  Sometimes I would take it home with me even after working out.  In fact, even as I worked out, the negative remark could kept churning within me.

ing, I know exactly what is going on within me and have the skills to quickly focus on the next client at two hundred percent of my abilities.  This has led not only to my recent successes but has increased my clients’ satisfaction and their closer connection to the institution I serve.  I now realize that my lack of awareness of how the emotional processes work inhibited me from focusing on the new opportunities that came before me.  Now, I can actually recenter within a matter of minutes.  I also manage the anxious and angry clients with greater care and understanding.

If you are in a high stress job or have to  provide people with a service that also requires a high level of attentiveness to the client, then I want to encourage you to utilize the training of the Santana-Grace Institute.
