1&2.  The Art of Admiration and Appreciation (A&A):  Builds Trust & Teams 

 

While some programs accent negativity negotiation and conflict resolution to improve relationships, this program accents focus on the positive and hence the development of the skills of Appreciation and Admiration.  They are bio-neurological necessities for a healthy relationship.

 

Neurobiology teaches that negativity not only seriously distorts reality perception but also creates physical pain.  Thus, if not enough positives are received, a person is biologically programmed–without training to the contrary–to automatically “hate” (avoid or attack) the person creating the biological pain. 

 

 

3.  The Self-Timeout: An Act of Inner Power That Stabilizes Trust & Teams

 

Functioning under the stimulus of negativity tends to shut down the human capacity to process information reasonably.  This is why it is necessary to call a self-timeout.  The Self-Timeout provides a person with a way to break the process of negativity before it overwhelms them. 

 

4. E-COMMUNICATION:  (Our Breakthrough Skill Set)  

 

E-Communication transforms communication models, deepens team connectivity, enables one to read other’s inner energy (emotions), renders conflict management almost obsolete, presupposes (teaches when necessary) the art of constructive & clear directive speaking (fundamental in all workplaces at the management level).
