The Santana-Grace Leadership/Partnership Institute’s mission is to empower children, teens and adults to be ever more resilient persons able to build ever healthier partnerships/relationships and to construct ever wiser and ever more productive and harmonious families, communities, institutions and entities.

The Institute pursues its mission (1) by creating a direct, experiential awareness of the emotional processes, (2) by coaching skill sets to channel these processes to their beneficial purposes, (3) by training people in core communication, partnership, leadership, and cultural skill sets, (4) by helping people of all ages to clarifying their vision/dream and their most cherished values and (5) by focusing attention on meta values, those values that are true of all peoples, in all times and places.
