Skyscraper Pass in Mt Rainier Natl Park
By the time we
reached Sunrise, we had broken thru the
cloud
cover that was covering Enumclaw and the rest of Puget
Sound. To make a long story
short, we had a very enjoyable hike to Skyscraper Pass. Not many folks take this hike and we were
blessed with fairly empty trails and quiet.
Because of rains earlier in the week, the trail was not dusty
but had
dried enough to offer a firm tread for our hiking pleasure. Those of us that did not use sun block came
back on the pink side.
