Nothing. There is no information other than the name, winery, and date. Who cares - it's a great wine.

Wine Spectator, Dec 97, gave this wine 86 points and described it thusly. "...pretty raspberry and vanilla flavors that linger gently on the finish."

That sounds so good. I wish I had read that before I tasted the wine so I could have been on the lookout for those flavors in particular. What I did pick up on, and it wasn't difficult to do so because it practically picks you up by your feet and swings you around a few times, is a wonderfull mature oaky taste.

The balance of bitterness and sweetness is perfect. The tastes are varied and satisfying.

It is a wine that will bring you serenity as it removes the weltschmerz from your soul.
