Definitely let this one breath a full hour (two would be better). It will massacre your taste buds if you don't. It is a bit heavy and has a distinct tree-bark and lemon aftertaste. The midrange is acceptable enough to make it drinkable - barely. What did you expect for four dollars? Not exactly a pleasant experience. A toxic apricot flavor at times.

All is not lost with this wine. It actually complements food quite well. The harshness is taken away if you are wolfing down spagetti.
