Eric's Rating:
7.25 grapes.

Approachable & not without complexity.

On the label:
"The initial impression is of concentrated aromas of black cherries, spice, and hints of cedar, developing into ripe fruit and subtle oak on the finish."

I swear I could taste the black cherries after reading that! I could even detect hints of cedar. As for the subtle oak on the finish, I found it to be rougher than advertised.

I was eating chocolate chip cookies during this tasting, which may have affected my judgment somewhat.
