Through a keen awareness of the abilities and needs of her students, Elizabeth's yoga instruction encourages improved health in body and mind, proper spinal alignment, flexibility, overall physical vitality and inner calm. She helps you become present within your body and in the moment and teaches you to bring presence of mind into your daily life. She has been practicing yoga for more than 10 years and teaching for six. She is a member of Yoga Alliance and 3HO.

Kundalini Yoga in the tradition of Yogi Bhajan introduces pranayama (systematic breathing), mudra (hard positions), mantra (the yoga of sound) and asana (simple posture) techniques to strengthen the nervous system and balance the glandular system (the guardians of health) in order to increase stability and vitality. Combined with meditation, this practice can help improve your mental concentration, sharpen your awareness and improve your overall well-being and connection to the Divine.

Integrative Hatha Yoga uses the practice of classic yoga asana combined with meditation, mudra, pranayama and relaxation. Its focus is on overall physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of the student.
