Elizabeth Quigg, RMT RYT has been involved with the practice and study of the healing arts for twenty years. She is a Certified Maya Abdominal MassageTM Practitioner and Self Care Instructor, as taught by Dr. Rosita Arvigo from 1997. She is a certified Massage Therapist/ Bodyworker, Sat Nam RasayanTM Healer, Herbalist, Aromatherapist, Integrative Hatha and Kundalini Meditation and Yoga teacher with a private holistic healing practice in Austin, Texas, since 1993. In her healing practice, workshops and yoga classes, Elizabeth listens to her clients and students paying close attention to their needs. She administers care with the skill, intuition, compassion and respect learned from her own healing journey, and her extensive professional training. Her passion is to awaken awareness through the practice of integrative holistic healing.

To relieve confusion and inner conflict; Place palms of hands on the upper chest with fingers facing in towards one another. Eyes open 9/10ths, barely any light coming through. Breath Cycle: Inhale deeply for 5 seconds, exhale completely for 5 seconds, Hold the breath out for 15 seconds. Pull navel in towards spine on exhale. practice 3 minutes and/ or build up to 11 minutes.
