on structure, organization, writing style, theme, as well as market analysis and manuscript placement. Experienced at reshaping
work for changing needs, audiences, coaching writing for public speakers translating seminar materials into print. Definition
of target market, trend analysis, and creation of positioning statements.
U.S. Bank – Edited multi-million dollar corporate payment systems proposals for Purchasing
and Fleet Cards. Process required strong product knowledge, ability to identify and address corporate client needs through
tailored product information, as well as cross-departmental fact-finding ability.
TAGM (Turn Around and Growth Matrix) – Edited venture capital business plans for clarity
and accuracy in fast-paced tri-coastal telecommuting environment. Tasks required fast-response coordination and rewrites of
input from sales and editorial group.
3M – Assembly and editing of research reports using analysis of competitor's patent status
using proprietary databases for product intelligence. Tasks involved compilation of data for patent liaison's strategic use.
Kruger-Wright – Crafted brochures, one-sheets and collateral material requiring definition
of brand 'personality,' definition of target market, trend analysis, and creation of positioning statements.
Alliance for Sustainability – Grantwriting, marketing and communications. Crafting on target
communications leading to acceptance of environmental message by multiple religious denominations.
Management and Presentation Skills Development:
Planned and coordinated 27 events ranging in size from 50 attendees to 750. Events included
several with a volunteer labor budget of up to $250,000 and a lead time of 18 months. Activities included organization and
development of staff, locating and scheduling instructors, forecasting yearly event attendance, coordinating research and
pre-event activities in the five-state area, developing long-range organizational growth strategies and on-site management
of up to 150 volunteers.
Planned, coordinated and taught arts and crafts skills to grassroots learning community.
Community Ed. presenter of ‘Spiral Dynamics’ Management and Leadership:
cultural/psycho-social development theory, widely used for international diplomacy and inter-cultural relations programs.
