A poignant tale of young love strained by both success and grievous loss.

In this heart-wrenching story, two young rockers, in love and joyous about the birth of their baby boy, face conflicting emotions when circumstances draw them down divergent paths.

In a cruel twist of fate, Jack (Bruce Blauer) is met with increasing interest in his music just as his baby falls ill. A new manager (Stephen Cox) helps lift him into the stream of success and notoriety, getting him bigger and better gigs and pressing a CD of his music.

A striving musician, Jack seems impervious to the tragedy unfolding in his home. His young wife, Meg (Elizabeth Bowman) is increasingly left alone to face the challenge of finding adequate health care for her baby's mysterious disease. A bright young woman, she is worn down by the effort and cannot comprehend Jack's unfeeling distraction.

Her loss comes with his gain and she finds she cannot reconcile the two.
