This is the home page for the Silver Queen West at Wildernest
Condominium Association, a Colorado non-profit corporation, with its principal office located at 7332 Ryan Gulch Road, Silverthorne,
CO 80498. The mailing address of the Association is P.O. Box 627, Frisco, CO 80443.

Silver Queen West is situated midway up an area known as Wildernest, which is near the base of beautiful
Buffalo Mountain in Silverthorne, Colorado. The project is conveniently located near I-70 and is accessible to the many ski
areas, bike/hike paths and shopping centers located in Summit County. Silver Queen West has 106 units in 4 buildings with
an on-site manager.
Owners and visitors are welcome to view this site, but please be aware that certain areas are
password protected.

Building C and D Drainage Project Photo Album Available for Viewing
|
|
Beginning in September 2009, drainage around Buildings C and D was reconstructed. Photos
of the initial stages of that project are now available for viewing on the web and can be seen here.
Work crews began pouring concrete for the new sidewalks and stairs covering the drains on October
26. Photos of that stage of the project can be viewed here.
Work on the drains continued into November, and additional photos of the construction project can
be viewed here.
Stacking of the new retaining wall on the west side of Buildings C and D commenced during
the week of November 16, and some photos of that phase of the construction project can be viewed here.
The new retaining wall on the west side of Buildings C and D was essentially completed that week
(a few photos can be viewed here), and work has now commenced on building the new stairs, which can be viewed here.

wil be held on Saturday, February 20, 2010, in the Resident Manager's Unit (7332), beginning at 4:00 PM. All Board meetings
are open to SQW owners and residents.

SQW Board Adopts Revised Rules and Regulations
|
|
The Board of Directors adopted at its November 10, 2007 meeting revised rules and regulations
regarding the responsibilities of owners and tenants at Silver Queen West on issues such as pets, parking, garages, and displays,
consistent with current Colorado law as codified in the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act. The adopted rules

Budget for Fiscal Year Beginning 1 September 2009 Posted

The Association's 2009-2010 budget for the fiscal year beginning 1 September 2009 (adopted by the
Board of Directors at its 25 July 2009 meeting) is now available and can be viewed here on the Financial page.

Replacement Screen Doors Available for Purchase
|
Owners interested in replacing the sliding patio/deck screen door in their unit may purchase a
new one from the Silver Queen West Owners Association for $120. Telephone resident manager Tom Brennan at
970-486-0222 or email: toomuchcoffee@comcast.net. Supplies are limited. As of August 29, Tom has one left in stock, but you can contact him now to place an order
for the next batch he purchases.

SQW Board Adopts Responsible Governance Polices and Procedures

The Board of Directors adopted at its May 5, 2007 meeting a policy on Responsible Governance Policies
and Procedures, to comply with current Colorado law as codified in the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act. The adopted
