| Goings On | 10/5/2009 | The Lemmings and Holmes have gone back to Florida. After a summer manning a lighthouse in Seguin Island Maine the Simmons are back in Maryland. Tim Libby is recouperating from heart surgery. Johnathan McCord has been promoted to Chief.
| | International's Third Chapter | 3/1/1975 | On March 1, 1975 Blue Knights International Chartered its third chapter, ME-II. The original founders were: Randolph E. Dunphe, S.Portland PD; William Dutcher, S.Portland PD; Timothy E. Libby, Falmouth PD; J. Henry Latumiere, Jr., Cumberland PD; William R. Walton, Jr., Portland PD; Brian D. Hanscom, Portland PD; David Eldridge, Portland PD; Michael Lemay, Portland PD; Richard Mank, Portland PD & George B Weir, Honorary. Of that group only Tim Libby is still a member and has continuously for 33 years. Also Charter members Louis Lemmings and Breen Savage are still active with the chapter.
