Even though your jewelry does not appear to have the fragility of your GOLD or SILVER-

IT IS STILL JEWELRY and should be TREATED as such.

Magnets DO NOT wear out,

nor do they 'USE UP'

...so if the ends (clasps) are WEAKENING- you need to clean them MORE OFTEN!

Hematite is an Ore,NOT a metal-

so almost No allergic reactions should occur.

In the event they do- you will notice within 2 to 6 hours,

and you must notify us within 48 hours, to recieve a refund.

WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ABUSE THAT

RESULTS IN BEAD DAMAGE OR BREAKAGE-

IF you have a piece that you measured incorrectly, it is your responsibility to return it to us, within 14 days or your credit card will be charged. All Sales are final/ exchanges only, and ONLY for improper fit.

We fully stand by the quality and specifications of our products and will be happy to work with you but please keep in mind we are custom making a piece for you based on your information...Measure and MEASURE AGAIN- be absolutely sure you are comfortable in your sizing-always remember to place ONE finger under tape measure when measuring- then WE can make the neccessary alterations from there.

Free repair or replacement (with return of original product)... within 30 days of purchase; just collect as many of the magnets that you can, send them to us and we will repair it FREE of charge (you simply pay $2.00 processing fee).

Our items are handmade and every effort is made to make them not only beautiful, but durable as well. Should there be a problem after 30 days, simply contact us for repair for a nominal fee.

Remember that the hematite beads may have slight imperfections or differences in appearance, this does not affect the magnetic power of each bead. Normal wear and tear is to be expected. The finish on the faux pearl beads is very durable, but may change after prolonged contact with water or exposure to harsh chemicals, so treat with care.

We suggest purchasing an all Hematite, or the combination Hematite and Fiber-Optic cats eye Glass beads, if you would like a piece of jewelry you can wear 24 hours a day, 365 days- in the shower(at your disgression-prolonged exposure to water may affect durability), etc., without worrying about harming your jewelry.

Your jewelry is made to be durable and give you long wearing satisfaction. WE hope you enjoy your jewelry and find great benefits from wearing it.

CARE and MAINTENANCE

The easiest way to care for your new Jewelry, is to use a Denture tablet dissolved in water & soak-

Do this according to how often you see dirt build up between the beads- some may require only twice a year, while others may require more often.

DO NOT GET FANCY- we use the Wal-Mart's brand (Equate) that makes the water blue & it turns clear when jewelry is clean.

I LOVE THIS... an inexpensive

(like me who never watch the time)...

but it's safe & your Jewelry looks like new again.

Although not usually affected by water, your jewelry will keep the luster longer if you do not wear it in the shower(i.e. hair conditioners and soap film, etc..)

This is especially true of pieces with pearlized magnet beads. The black hematite beads will not lose their luster…but the surface may become dull-

(**USE you damp bath towel to clean it like you would clean an extension cord-just don't pull with all your might!)

The metal accent beads and clasp may tarnish or rust in water after repeated or prolonged exposure.
