decided to build some shelves for my office. Needed were ten wood shelf
brackets. Locally, only one location could be found and they only had two.
They said they could probably order some more, but it would be at least
fourteen days. Upon arriving back home I did an internet search and up popped
Shelffactory. The pictures looked like what I was looking for. Off went an
e-mail to check on specs, pricing, and shipping. Promptly a return e-mail
answered all my questions. I placed the order and was amazed to receive them
within six days. Not only that, they were of superior quality to what I could
purchase locally. And, best of all, the ten brackets cost me $16.00 dollars
LESS than I would have paid locally. What a fantastic company. You can be sure
you have a customer for life and I will certainly be telling my friends about
your products. Thanks for being there with a product that makes my project
better than I had anticipated.

My brackets arrived
yesterday...they were worth the wait! You definitely produce a superior
product! I was very pleased with them. I know you want to keep the prices down
to help sales, but I want you to know I couldn't find any wooden brackets
within 55 miles (I didn't search farther until I tried the internet). My
husband told me he fully expected to pay somewhere around $6.00 to $8.00 a
piece. We do live in a rural area...but we even searched at HOME DEPOT! Even
with the cost of shipping we were pleased with your prices. After seeing the
brackets we believe they are worth more! I don't think you need to worry about
increasing the charge somewhat to cover PAYPAL or whatever....at least I know
I would not be disappointed by a higher price. Good luck with your
business...keep up the good work...Now I know where to go NEXT time!!
