We accept credit card payments only through PayPal for unfinished standard shelves and shelf brackets. Standard items on the website are listed with a code number and a price. We make all of our items to order to ensure quality control and to avoid unnecessary inventory of products. We take great care in completing your order as listed on the website to ensure that you get exactly what you ordered. We will accept returns as a courtesy although we do not stock our items as noted.
If you wish to return an item for credit we impose a 20% restocking fee on the items purchased. We do not refund any shipping and handling charges and you will be responsible for returning the item at your expense. Any item returned should be shipped insured as we must receive them in the original resaleable condition. The items will be inspected for damages or alteration and once they are checked then we will send you a refund thru PayPal or the method you paid for your order.
Custom orders are: stained/painted. assembled units, custom shelves/brackets or any item that is not listed with code number on website. We do not make any refunds for custom items unless damaged in shipment, see below.
We ship our items by packing them with great care to ensure that they are not damaged in shipment. If in the unlikely event you receive any item damaged in transit you must save all packing materials and contact us at customerservice@shelffactory.com immediately so we can start the claims process. We reserve the right to replace or refund any item damaged in shipment although we will take advisement as to what you decide.
Please Note:
Any order returned to us as undeliverable to the address you supplied, you will be responsible for the additional S&H charges to re-ship your order to you. The cost will be the same as you originally paid in your order. You will be billed for the charges and must be paid before the package(s) is/are reshipped.
