What do you call that?

Left flat

Your left hand is palm up about halfway between the bolt and tip

Your right hand is palm down on the butt of the rifle.

Your left elbow is tucked into your body

Your right elbow is at an L angle.

The rifle is held horizontal at waist level.



Left spin

Push down with your right hand.

Your right hand goes down palm against your right leg.

You spin with your left hand.

Left elbow is tucked into your side with your arm making an L.

When you end a left spin you catch it in right flat.

Right Flat
Your right hand is palm up under the neck of the rifle
Your left hand is palm down on the tip of the rifle.
The rifle is horizontal at waist level.
The left elbow is at a strong L shaped angle the right is tucked in to the body.

Right Spin
Push the tip down with your left hand.
The left hand goes down palm against your left thigh.
You spin with your right hand.
Your right elbow is tucked into your side with your arm forming an L.
You end the spin by catching in left flat.

Handovers
Start at right flat
You push the tip down with your left hand let the rifle flip over and catch it at left flat.
From left flat:
you push the butt down with your right hand letting the rifle flip over and catch it at right flat.
