Meeting was called to order by Connie Dutton, President, at the Northview Baptist Church.  This location is a few miles from the campout at Hickory Creek Park. 

Two Get Well cards were available to be signed for Pauline Mullins and June Tyer.

There was no old business.

Two new members were introduced.  Delta and Roger Quaintance and Albert and Karen Tanner, both are from the Houston area. 

The next camp-out will be in Albany, Texas, June 20 and 21.  This will be a joint camp-out with the Oklahoma Roamers.  Albany guides and brochures were passed out.  Connie and Jerry Dutton will be the Wagon Masters.  RV park is at Fort Griffin State Park.

The Full Timer Spring Rally was discussed.  This will be held in Vidalia, LA., April 20 - 27, 2008 at Riverview Park.  Ed and Betty Perkins scouted the sites and have tentatively reserved a few.  To reserve your site you must call the park.  One night of Passport of America can be used and Good Sam's can be used for the remaining nights.

It was voted on and unanimously passed that a sponsored non-King can become an Associate Member of the Lone Star Kings.  The current dues are $20 annual.  The Associate Members may not hold  office(This is because of the National Organization and current by- laws of it.)

Vests for our group are being made for Kay Shreffler and the cost will be $15 per vest.

Discussion was held re the 2008 National KOTR Rally to be held in South Dakota September 28, through October 3, 2008.
