Here are the by laws for the Texas Chapter as adopted at the April 15, meeting.
1. The Chapter shall be known
as LONE STAR KINGS.
2. Membership is open to all
members in good standing with the National Kings on the Road Organization.
3. The Chapter will subscribe
to all conditions of the National Kings on the Road Bylaws.
4. Chapter officers will be
elected at a general membership meeting by a majority of the members present. The
elected officers constitute the Chapter Board. The term of office will be two
years. Officers may be elected to successive terms and may hold one of the appointed
positions as well.

5. The chapter shall meet at
least once annually, or at the pleasure of the Board. A general membership meeting
will be held at least once per year.
6. The membership is encouraged
to participate in the National Rally of Kings on the Road as well as joint outings
or outings of other chapters.
7. The chapter annual dues
shall be $10.00 due the 1st day of January each year. An additional
cost per person will be assessed the first year of membership to cover the cost of the name badge(s).
8. A two-thirds vote of the
members present and voting at the general membership meeting shall be required for adoption of proposed by laws amendments(s).
