Donations
of $100 or more to start, to simplify bookkeeping for the Law Group.

Once
all legal remedies have been exhausted, any funds that are unused or are reimbursed by court award following a successful
public interest lawsuit will be returned on a pro-rata basis to contributors.

Note
that if there is a successful lawsuit, we will likely recover our attorneys' fees and costs via a court award, although not
likely expert fees. If full attorneys' fees and costs are recovered, your
contributions will be returned on a pro-rata basis, minus any expert fees. Thus, the probability is that only part of any
contribution will be returned and it is also possible that no contributions will be returned.
