Bob conducts Group Classes on Saturdays and Sundays in San Francisco in a 2500 square foot indoor training facility. Times vary to accommodate scheduling of new groups in the Basic and Puppy classes. Call 415-648-3647to reserve a space and discuss your specific training needs with Bob.



Basic Class
Dogs must be a least 5 months of age and be current on all their shots
10 Dogs maximum
Duration: 5 weeks, 1 hour per week
Class covers all elements of basic obedience, including:
  • Walking on leash
  • Sit, Down, Stay, Come and Off
  • Class also covers problem solving
    • Dogs that have aggressive behavior may be asked to do a private consult first
    Anyone involved with the dog is welcome to attend the class

    Puppy Class
    Puppies must be under 5 months of age at start of class
    Must have proof of at least 2 sets of shots
    Duration: 6 weeks, 1 hour per week
    Class covers:
  • Puppy socialization, Puppy bite inhibition and Puppy problems
  • Sit, Down, Stay, Off, Come
    • Anyone involved with the dog is welcome to attend the class

    Intermediate Class
    Dogs must have completed Basic or Puppy Class or have consent of instructor
    Class covers
  • All elements of basic obedience (Leash work, Sit, Down, Stay, Come and Off)
  • With an emphasis on weaning off treats and the beginning of off-leash work
    • Duration: Ongoing Groups / Drop-In Attendance OK

    Advanced Class
    Dogs must have been promoted from Intermediate Class or have consent of instructor
    Class covers
  • Off-leash control
  • Some agility work to enhance training
  • Working on exercises for Companion Dog (C.D.)
    • Class is open to pure bred dogs and Mixed breeds
    Duration: Ongoing Groups / Drop-In Attendance OK

    Canine Good Citizen Certification Class
    Dogs must have been promoted from Intermediate Class or have consent of instructor
    Class covers all the exercises for Canine Good Citizen certification
    Class is open to pure bred dogs and Mixed breeds
