The following chart replaces the modifiers, talents and gear of the original table in an attempt to improve variety, increase internal balance, and provide more potential role play hooks and challenges.

Roll d100 and compare to one of the four Results columns on the left, per the GM's guidelines for the campaign.  Standard includes only possibilities from the DH book.  Expanded includes several new options, where Obvious and Subtle (primarily for NPC generation) limit possibilities to those that can or can't be noticed in a cursory inspection.  Optionally the campaign may permit direct selections from the list.

Stink of the Holds: A handful of psykers emit an unmistakable stench, a combination of rust and sweat and illness, even after bathing rigorously.  It is in fact the smell from the Black Ships' containment pens, and it sticks to these few for the rest of their days.  While not overpowering, it is distinctive and will alert all to the presence of something unnatural, especially since it can be detected even in places no smell should travel, such as the vacuum of space.

Tithe: Some are assigned a special penance when their chief vice is determined to be greed, while others find that since they came from a particularly obscure planet, the unthinkable cost of retrieving them there has been passed to them.  Whichever the case, the Sanctionite finds that they must regularly give of their funds, or the carefully placed psychic golem in their synapses will rip their brain apart.
