OPEN WORKOUTS

 
Monthly workouts in CT. 

We don't have a complete list of instructors yet, but First Friday workouts will begin in October.  The dates of the first Fridays of the month would be 10/5, 11/2, 12/7, 1/4, 2/1, 3/7, 4/4, 5/2 and I think 6/6 will be the last one.

R.I.,Ma, and N.H. have many open workouts on Wednesdays(Cape Cod or Portsmuth N.H.), Thursdays(Foxboro,Somerville,or Billerica) 
and Fridays sometimes. One Saturday each month is the Tsukinami Shiai at Tohuku.
