Our current business and ordering policies.

Shipping and Handling

We use the U.S. Postal Service for all our shipping. There is no cost to you when the U.S.P.S. is used to any U.S. address except military. This no cost service includes insured ground delivery. Any other type of delivery such as Priority, Express or Overnight is not included but available. If you prefer using UPS or Fed-Ex please let us know-there will be a shipping charge incurred.

International orders are not available on all items and shipped ONLY via U.S. Postal Service insured parcel post. Due to some problem areas in today's world there are some countries we will not ship to.Before ordering please e-mail country for availability and shipping/insurance quotes.

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it.

We offer the following shipping methods:

U.S. Post Office. Order usually go out within 4 business days.

Returns

Since all items are handmade,each is individual in itself. If you are not satisfied we must be contacted by email within 3 business days after receiving it. If for some reason there is a return, the customer incurs the shipping/insurance charges of returning the item.

We accept PayPal payments or the following credit cards via e-mail: VISA MASTERCARD AMERICAN EXPRESS DISCOVER.

When using PayPal we will send you a direct payment link once we receive your email order.
