U.S. Campaign for Burma - To start a community chapter, you simply need to find three individual members of USCB (or sign up yourself and get two friends to sign up as well) to start a community chapter. You will be sent bumper stickers, videos on Burma, and a list of suggestions to help you get started raising awareness and taking action in SE Mass.
