We're easy to get to from everywhere!

Directions to Raccoon Creek State Park, Nichols Field area.

GPS systems: The closest address is:  Bethel United Methodist Church‎,  2137 State Route 168 Georgetown, PA 15043. The turn off for Nichol's field is at the bottom of the hill, near the Church.

From the North, (PA Turnpike or Ohio Pike: take Exit 3)

Take I-79 South to the Crafton/Rt. 60 Interchange. (same as airport)

Go through 5 traffic lights (about 4 miles). The Route now becomes 22/30 by the Red Lobster  Restaurant . DO NOT turn off go straight  towards Weirton, WV.

Exit Rt. 22 at the second Raccoon Creek exit (Burgettstown).

Go left at stop sign.

Go through stop light.

After town of Frankfort Springs (about 3 miles) Rt. 18 will fork, bear LEFT onto Rt. 168.

Go approximately 2.5 miles.

Entrance is located on the right hand side of the road in a dirt turnout area just past the Bethel United Methodist Church which is on the same side of the road.

Look for directional signs in the turnout area.

From the South:

The directions from the North will also work here. There is a shorter route but Rt. 18 is hard to follow unless you know where you are going. Alternate route for people coming in from I-70 is to exit at Bridgeport OH and take Rt. 7 north to Steubenville.

Follow signs towards Pittsburgh.

Exit Rt. 22 at the Raccoon Creek exit (Burgettstown).

Go left at stop sign.

Go through stop light.

After town of Frankfort Springs (about 3 miles) Rt. 18 will fork, bear LEFT onto Rt. 168.

From the West:

Take US Rt. 30 East out of East Liverpool, Oh

Follow Rt. 30 east for approximately 8 miles, You will be going through the WV panhandle across the PA state line.

Look for the intersection for Rt. 168. There will be a restaurant on one corner, a grocery store opposite that & a motorcycle shop diagonally across from the restaurant.

make a right turn onto Rt. 168

Go approximately 3 miles to the turn out which will be on the left side of the road.

Just before & opposite the turn out will be a police substation on he right side of the road.

If all else fails ask for directions to the Raccoon Creek park office. A detailed map with directions will be posted there to help guide you. Be advised that there will be no one available on duty Saturday or Sunday in the park office to ask directions so please look for the posted map.
